My passion is creating experiences for the web and in print which express brands through distinctive, memorable content. WhetherI’m been designing a new online channel, creating an original brand for the chairman of Nasdaq, or developing a media kit for a magazine, I approach each project with a collaborative spirit. I have a rigorous curiosity and a proven design acumen which inform my ability to express a brand authentically. My areas of expertise are concepting and executing 360 degree programs, interactive design, cobranding, and corporate communication. I am skilled with color and typograhpy, and experienced in photography direction, video editinh and print management.

5 years of in-house art direction experience, 4 years of freelance art direction and three years of marketing experience add up to a well-stocked box of tools. I am seasoned graphic designer who is equally strong in print and on-line, a web and interactive designer who is focused on user experience, and a dynamic creative director who is committed to complete client satisfaction.

In my current role as Interactive Art Director in the Sales and Marketing departments of Here Media, I’m enjoying the opportunity to contribute my programming, marketing and copywriting expertise in addition to my creative capabilities.

Previously, at Forbes Magazine and Forbes.com, I designed and developed custom content, both in print and online, or some of the world's biggest companies. I enjoyed the challenge of finding the critical middle ground between two brands, whileeunderstanding a marketing agenda and assuming an editorial voice. I am proud of the award winning programs I created on behalf of Forbes and advertisers including Buick, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Diageo, Shell, SAP, and Ford.

Interactive Art Director, Here Media, Inc., New York, NY, 2010 – Present

- Generate and project the brands of America’s leading LGBT publisher and broadcaster: Out Magazine, The Advocate, HIV Plus, Gay.com, Out.com and Advocate.com
- Develop sales, marketing, promotional, editorial and pre-sales collateral including: media kits, presentations, sell sheets, print advertorials, custom online channels and landing pages, rich media ad units, print and online ad campaigns, video sell pieces, marketing emails, invitations, event programs and more
- Collaborate with Publisher, Editors, Sales Directors and Marketing team members to conceive new editorial and advertorial initiatives
- Ideate, design and manage the production of 360-degree custom programs for advertising partners
- Develop design concepts and wireframes for new applications, programs and platforms
- Direct photo and video shoots for custom programs
