This mall was located in a booming business area and it also was a high foot traffic area because of TTC stations and stops. Some shops in the parts of the mall however, were not being frequented. The solution required a new brand, look and voice to help draw in the everyday busy customers and remind them to stop, slow down and take a breather. We wanted them to rediscover some of the smaller retailers that were already present in the centre.

Advising the client to create a social media presence and building it for them on various social platforms strengthened the centre’s awareness. Social media direction, content planning as well as advising the client to take part in various ‘Surprise and Delight’ events for their tenant business workers and customers to help grow the new brand. This was all composed while staying close to the brand’s calming, light and airy aesthetic. Updates would be made seasonally to the assets. This fresh campaign enhanced the overall experience of the centre, solving the original issues and managing to bring in more revenue for the shops.
